财经系团总支在过去的这一学期，在校团委和系总支的指导和关怀下，在汲取往届团总支的经验教训的基础上，学习领会上级团委有关方针政策，继承发扬优良传统，不断改进工作方法，狠抓落实，注重实效，开拓创新，与时俱进，圆满完成了校团委、系领导交办的各项任务，在2009走出了一条颇具特色的基层组织团建之路，现将2009工作总结如下：
一、参与活动
1、为了让新生感觉到学校的温暖，学校举办了迎新晚会，团总支的积极分子也献上节目（竹竿舞）并取得名次。
2、为丰富新生的课余生活，让其尽快融入学校、班级的环境中，我们积极开展了第二课堂。 并在期末的时候举行比赛，并取得圆满成功。
二、深思缺陷
1、团员证的问题：各班的团支部书记在收缴团员证的时候，有些没有归类放好，特别是新生刚入学，转团籍的时候，有些资料混乱，增加了组织部一些不必要的工作。并且资料混乱，导致有些团员档案丢失。
2、第二课堂的问题：第二课堂在期末比赛的时候，由于裁判员对比赛的项目不是很熟悉，导致比赛没有达到预期的效果，希望对这方面比较熟悉的同学积极给予帮助，让第二课堂办的更好。

考前写作突破-轻松三步走
第一步：通读教材，消化笔记。要把我们网络课堂发的教材，写作教材，包括讲义，再通读一遍。另外我们讲课的课堂笔记需要整理好，消化掉。每年都有很多同学听课的时候记了很多笔记，之后也不看，那是没用的。我们讲的笔记都是考研的精华，要消化掉。每一个单词，应该掌握拼写；每一个句子，应该至少把它背下来。这个问题要在11月之前给解决掉。 第二步：背诵、默写、仿写20大必备范文
1、背诵
我们给大家提供了20大必背范文：10篇小作文和10篇大作文。（王老师编写的《高分写作》）如果你还没有背下来，应该在1月1号之前，把它们都背下来。而且要背到滚瓜烂熟，多多益善。为什么要这么做呢？因为如果背得不熟，上了考场什么都想不到。有同学反映，20篇文章全都背完了，但上了考场头脑一片空白，这就是因为背得不够熟练。我们在课堂上讲过，老师是根据你现场发挥的句子打分的，如果全用模板去写，那是零分。要怎么现场发挥呢？就是要靠平时所背的这些文章。上了考场，看到考题，如果你背过相关的表达，把它写上就可以了。所以如果背得不熟根本就没法用。
2、默写
光背是不够的。有些同学基础不太好，好多单词自己觉得会了，其实还是不会拼写。所以一篇文章背熟了之后，把书合上，把它默写下来。默写下来之后对照一下范文，会发现，如果和范文的意思一致，但有些错误，比如语法、拼写、标点的错误。文章背得滚瓜烂熟还是写错了，那么上了考场更不可能写对了。这就是你写作的弱点。然后对照范文，寻找差距。哪些地方写错了，把它纠正过来。我们这20篇必背范文中的每一个单词，都要掌握拼写。尤其是一些基础不太好的同学，比如还没有通过四级的同学。我们这20篇文章已经囊括了考研写作最常用的词汇，核心词汇大概要3000个。掌握了，考研基本就够用了。
3、仿写模仿进行写作。背完一篇文章之后，要有意识地积累表达。比方说，这篇文章中有没有万能词汇，或者常用的句型。背完每篇文章之后，使用这篇文章的表达，去写另一道题目。比如背完07年的作文，用它去练08年的作文。换一道题目，这些表达尽可能多的去使用。如果平时不用，上了考场是想不到的。
第三步：总结框架，考前模考。这个阶段放在2010年1月1-9号。把作文的框架总结一下。小作文框架总结：
小作文一般考书信，写7句话左右。小作文100个词，框架最多50个词，另外一半的字数，一定要上了考场现场发挥。 第一段：自我介绍，写作目的； 第二段：改写提纲。
第三段：表示感谢，期待回信。这四个句子就是万能句型。可以占大约四五十个词。
2、大作文框架总结：
大作文主要是准备图画作文。大作文的框架字数不要太多，最多占一半的字数。大作文160个词，框架最多80个词。
第一段：图画描述段，怎么去描述一幅图画。挖掘细节词，串连成句。细节挖掘的越多越好。把图画的细节词一网打尽。
第二段：意义阐释段，去分析这个图画的意义。第二段一般写5句话左右。第一句就是主题句，再次点出图画的象征寓意，像08年的作文，象征寓意是合作。第二部分是论证，写3句话。有很多种论证手段，任何问题可以从5个角度展开论证，可以使用6种论证手段。而判卷老师喜欢看到3种论证手段：第一种，因果论证。第二种论证手段是举例论证。举一到两个例子。可以举自己的例子，也可以举社会热点例子。第三种论证手段是联系现实，把图画和现实进行联系。第三个部分是小结：概括论证，总结本段。 第三段：建议措施段，去发表评论，总结。写4句话：第一句话就是结论句，也就是整篇文章的结论句，也是第三段的主题句。第二个部分就是针对双方，提建议。提两点建议。最后一部分是结尾，展望未来。使用几种句型，如倒装句、虚拟语气等。给老师最后来一个好的印象。

岁月情思

总有种感觉，我生命的历程是一届届自己带大的孩子连缀起来的。三年一届，转而复始，小班、中班和大班，每次小朋友毕业的时候就感觉三年时间飞似地快，眨眼的功夫，送走一批又一批的孩子。有些伤感、有点欣慰、有些不舍，再就是忙碌。静下来时，想着时光流逝，青春犹如鸟儿般飞走，便又徒生伤感。
有时候觉得自己挺不适合做这项工作的，每当看见自己带大的孩子一点点长大，眼睁睁地到了三年一度难忘的日子，总是忍不住潸然泪下，充满了母亲送子般的离愁，孩子们也总是和我抱在一起，哭得稀里哗啦的。在一起的三年里，我对于孩子付出的细碎而丰厚的爱，以及孩子给予我许多简单而纯真的快乐，这种情感的体验是小学、中学、大学老师所无法体会的。但我也知道，当孩子们渐渐长大，他们最先忘记的也许就是幼年时的老师。就像泰戈尔诗中写道：“你一口气饮下了我们带给你的爱，便转过身去，离开我们跑掉了。”我昨天遇见一位自己带大的孩子，他应该上大二了吧？当我高兴地对他打招呼时，他停了下来，很茫然地看着我。我知道他已经不认识我了，当时我真的有种“自己的孩子不认识自己”的忧伤。可是我知道，不能怪孩子呀，他们那时还很小。就像我，我还记得自己小学的、中学的、中专的老师，可不也是一样不记得自己幼儿园的老师吗。
记忆中那些印象的碎片，就这样像风铃在思绪的屋角若隐若现。假如能够，我愿时光倒流，重现那些与孩子们欢歌弥漫、群舞飞扬的每一个日子。这念头就像在黑夜里点燃一蓬细弱的篝火，默默地给我温暖的感动。

一年一度的教师节又到了。在鲜花与祝福围绕的今天，身为教师，自然是心情愉快的。对于“老师”的称呼，我不敢说问心无愧。尽管自以为我在这个岗位上还是认真与尽力的。
一直认为“老师”决不仅仅是一种职业。也不仅仅是一个称呼。在生活中我也是把自己最尊敬的人称为“老师”的，因为我觉得这声称呼，是世界上最美丽的称呼。所以也感觉一名教师，能让学生以及家长由衷地、而不是敷衍地喊出：“老师！”这实在不是一件易事。
虽然知道自己是个普通又普通的凡人，也有许多性格上的缺陷和观念上的偏差。可是当我以教师的身份站在孩子面前，我知道我经常要悄悄提醒自己：不要把自己心中的阴影投射在天真无邪的孩子身上。所以在今天收到孩子与朋友给我的祝福的时候，我悄悄这样问自己：我的人格和学养，对得起这个称呼吗？
流淌在心底的温柔

小时候，一直喜欢童话。在那个物质匿乏的年代里，童话为我营造了一个丰富多彩的世界。
童话伴着我长大，也影响了我选择现在的工作。当我发现自己所教的孩子们也和我小时候一样喜欢童话，我开心极了。后来有了自己的家，有了可爱的女儿，我就常常带着女儿一起去泡书店，然后抱着几本童话书回家。现在，女儿的童话世界小有规模。每个早上，我挑选出一本女儿的童话书装进包里带到班级，以为孩子们讲故事为名，与王尔德笔下那位自私的巨人一样，沉醉在童话里的世界。
童话世界可爱极了，在成人世界里的一切事物，在那儿都变了样。大灰狼是恶的代表，但它穿礼服，戴眼镜，彬彬有礼，颇有绅士风度。做坏事时也不藏起自己的大尾巴，奇妙的是它的肚子像历险迷宫一样，小红帽进去又能出来。童话里还有个经典的反面形象是巫婆，她们黑衣勾鼻、骑帚飞行，心如铁石。但巫婆害人常常直截了当，倒是仙人仙女常扮成老人或乞丐去试探人的意志品行。即使是童话里的恶人也常有奇趣，《彼得？潘》中，有个海盗头子胡克，他杀人不眨眼，但他出生贵族，讲究绅士精神，更有趣的是，他和部下一心要抢一个小女孩温迪做他的母亲，真是“味道好极了”！
孩子们非常喜欢童话故事，听到伤心之处总是泪光闪闪。感动大人的情节同样能够打动孩子，即使他们还不能完全理解故事的含义，读到感动之处他们都会掉下眼泪。当故事里的主人公用自己的生命为“爱”作了注解之后，孩子们怎么可能不理解“爱”的真谛呢？经常是我讲完一篇故事，教室里安静极了，善良的孩子们会静默良久，然后他们红着眼睛对我说：老师，你下次还给我们讲这个故事好吗？我知道，天真的孩子们还不会表达他们的感动，但他们分明是在告诉我，他们读懂了故事里“爱”的真谛。这就是童话文学的魅力吧？把它深邃的内涵，用浅显的文字表达出来，让孩子得到真善美的熏陶，也让成年人回味再三。
陪着孩子一起读童话时，自己仿佛又回到了那个心中涌动着童话的孩提年代，总感觉自己是重新做一次孩子。童话的魅力真是特别，我在读童话时总不由自主地走进童话中，扮演起童话里的人物，不自觉中用语言和动作演示故事中的人物形象，孩子们着迷得不得了。他们会随着故事的发展，表情随之变化：开心、喜悦、惊恐、担心、悲伤、快乐一一写在他们的脸上。孩子依偎在我的身旁，清澈的眼睛一眨不眨地看着我，手不停地想摸我一下。他们随着我的语调，与故事里的人物（动物）同喜同悲，真令我感叹不已。我从他们的表情里，感受到做小孩的滋味。
和孩子们一起阅读童话，感受童话，在给孩子们朗读的时候自己心里也种下了爱的种子，于是就有了许多简简单单的感动，而这些干净简单的感动汇集在心底，就成为了一种时时伴随我，流淌在心底的温柔。
带孩子们去扫墓

一只花圈、一朵白花、一段悼词、一缕哀思。今天上午我园大、中班的200多名孩子手拿自己制作的小白花，来到儿童公园内的张汇滔烈士墓，在纪念碑前举行了肃穆的祭扫仪式。仪式上孩子们用稚嫩的声音唱起了《扫墓歌》，向烈士默哀。肃穆的气氛中，天真嬉戏的孩子也都变得很懂事，他们不再打闹着，而是很懂事地默默无语，恭恭敬敬地向烈士纪念碑鞠躬。音乐停了，老师向小朋友们介绍了张汇滔烈士的英雄事迹。最后告诉他们：我们今天的幸福生活来之不易，要好好珍惜。孩子们听了老师的介绍，神情更加肃然，尽管他们还处在似懂非懂的年龄，但是从他们认真的眼神里，却能看出对烈士的敬仰之情。
虽然孩子们都是第一次来到烈士碑扫墓，也许他们还小，还不能真正明白这些烈士是怎么回事，但是，至少他们知道今天来看的都是英雄，是烈士，为了我们今天的幸福而牺牲的人，是可爱的人。
在失败中成长

孩子们都在自己的小花盆里种上了种子，然而并不是每个孩子的种子发芽生长的情况都很好，最近出现了一系列的问题。于思源漂亮的萝卜小苗苗，被好奇的他拔了出来，他想看看它的根，当他看过以后再把小苗苗种到土里后，漂亮的萝卜叶子就再也伸展不开了，耷拉着无精打采，可怜极了。香瓜子顶着瓜子壳茁壮地长高了，孩子们看到香瓜子壳像一顶皇冠顶在芽芽的头上，特别好奇，伸手就将瓜子壳摘去，由于用力，瓜子芽断了。有的小朋友的黄豆种子因为得到小主人太多的关爱，浇的水太多种子烂掉了……针对这些现象，我们进行了讨论。王腾宇说：“可能因为我们浇水太多。”陈雨欣说：“也许浇水太少，它就干枯了。”马云飞说：“也许它们想生活在田里吧！”……
孩子们就是这样在种植种子的过程中体验着成功和失败。我没有把答案和自己的经验告诉他们，希望孩子们能在观察中不断发现，去寻找失败的原因并纠正自己的错误，在失败中成长。
读给孩子们听

每天给孩子们讲故事，是我给孩子们的一次承诺。只可惜有时忙于其他活动使得此活动时断时续。
前些日子，静心读了圣艾克苏佩里的《小王子》，又想想一直以来就固执地认为孩子们对文学的爱好更多的是得益于对阅读的喜爱而日久积淀的底蕴，便对自己时断时续与孩子们一起分享阅读的方法感到不安。
孩子们是喜欢听故事的，每次我把椅子搬到他们中间，孩子们把我团团围坐起来，他们总会异口同声地说：“王蕾老师快讲，王蕾老师快讲。”看来我讲故事还是有几分魅力的。（呵呵）每次我要讲故事了，孩子们一个个便眼睛发亮，喜形于色。（这帮纯真的小家伙！）想起这些，和孩子们一起读作品的快乐与幸福就弥漫在心间。若是荒废了，岂不是自己自白丢了一份快乐！
每天，这些可爱的孩子们会争先把自己喜欢的故事书带到班里来，尽管有的故事已经是孩子们非常熟悉的了，尽管在家里爸爸妈妈也讲给他们听过。可他们还每天巴望着我来讲，都争着将手中的书递给我。于是我就扯着并不好听的嗓子，努力绘声绘色地讲着。不时给孩子们提着小问题，不时拿我们自己和书里的主人公作个比较，乘机不露声色地“灌”一点做人的小道理，孩子们都会欣欣然地接受了。而且似乎远比单纯的说教更有效。文学是育心的，我再一次肯定地对自己说。边讲边笑着，边讲边伤感着，边讲边思考着，时间总显得特别的快。往往讲了一段，孩子还想听下一段，甚至不肯去喝水去玩耍，他们会直嚷嚷着：“我们还想听，我们还想听！”就连班里最顽皮的几个小男孩，也喊着：“一定要把这个讲完！”只是很多时候考虑孩子们下课要做些别的事情，再说我的嗓子受不了，才硬是作罢。
这样和孩子们一起读着，我发现他们和我的感情也日渐好了。这真是一举多得的好事。现在，我真想多抽时间和孩子们读完一本再读一本，一起沉浸在阅读的无边幸福中！
当我们在一起，快乐无比――写在“六一”

一年四个季节，一年一个轮回，每年的“六一”只有一天，可我和孩子们在一起的每一个日子，都是充满快乐的儿童节。
在每个早晨，我迎着初升的太阳，张开双臂，静静地等待你们的到来，等待你们轻轻的拥抱。很快，你们会带着一路清凉的晨风，带着一张张溢满了快乐的笑脸奔过来。这时候，我心中的幸福会满满地溢出来。
当我们迎来每一个盼望的节日，当你们在我的精心打扮下，可爱极了地出现在倍感欣慰的父母面前，而舞台上你们的演出叫我惊喜不断，看着你们在舞台上投入地唱歌、跳舞，而我和着你们的节拍鼓掌或轻声跟随你们歌唱，我不是也在享受着节日的快乐，也在体昧着童年，享受着童年的快乐吗？！
可爱的孩子们，因为和你们在一起，我有了其他人所得不到的满足，我获得比别人更多的幸福，我拥有了永远过不完的“六一”时光，而这些满足，这些幸福，这些快乐，全都来自于你们。所以，谢谢你们！感谢你们让我天天拥有节日，感谢你们让我充满了朝气，感谢你们让我成为受尊敬的人！
“六一”的风儿在轻轻吹过，她在传递着我心底的心愿：当我们在一起，快乐无比。
自言自语

我偶尔会有用旁观者的眼光看自己的习惯，偶尔会在特定的心情里回顾过往的岁月，偶尔会感觉到记忆中很多事情接踵而来让我措手不及。曾经我有些担心，有朝一日我会不会淹没在这红尘世俗的喧闹之中，而渐失自我。好在我有看书的习惯，好在我有写字的习惯。生活奔波之余自己能不断给自己慰藉，到今天来看自己总算不致于堕落已志，这也可算是幸运的了。
我不害怕自己在物质生活里一无所有，我总是担心自己某一天迷失在精神的荒原里，一无所有了，那种滋味我是不敢去想。或许我的生活在很长一段时间里就如流星划过一般，曾经的美丽，到最终什么也没有。
尽管如此，我并不会去在失去后拼命地伸手触摸那消逝的美丽，因为我知道，最终我能触摸到的只有如水的清凉，相反那时候，那种无名的压抑便会漫过我已经忧伤重重的心。我不愿意去后悔，实在是不愿意去后悔，今天的心情是沉闷的，说不出的无奈，说不出的心烦，说不出的郁闷，究竟是为什么了，我竟找不到半句回答，只感觉眼里积满了泪水。
满园枝头绿

“王蕾老师，节日快乐！”手机短信中的一声声问候，简单、朴实，却让我倍受感动。BBS上网友无声的体贴：孩子王们，你们辛苦了！打开有关教师节的网页，翻看着一页一页：师恩难忘、红烛颂、蹉跎岁月……
是啊，教师节到了！
不知不觉中，在与孩子相伴的路上自己已走过了二十个年头。二十个年头，我的青春年少，我的青葱岁月，都化作了春雨秋露，深深地融进了这片热土之中。
记得踏上工作岗位第一次过教师节，听着那些桃李遍天下的老教师们细数在教海探航掀起的浪花，笑看用心m浇灌而成的花儿朵朵，只觉得那时的她们每一个眼神都流露着母性的慈爱，每一条皱纹都能散发岁月的芬芳，每一缕白发都是丰收的标志。从她们身上依稀感觉到了那满园盛开斗艳的桃李，和那沁人心脾的芬芳。
初为人师的日子里，没有经验，没有阅历，几分羞涩，几分不安，几分豪情。那时自己就是个孩子呵，快乐在每一个有阳光的日子，与孩子们一起在草丛看花儿摇曳、伴蝴蝶起舞；快乐在每一个有和风的午后，与孩子们
一起在操场送飞机上天、看柳絮飞扬；快乐在每一个有阵雨的夏日，与孩子们一起在窗前听雷公奏乐、赏雨滴和声……
二十年陪伴孩子的日子，说长不长，说短也不短。回望这段不寻常的路，很多东西模糊了，但对曾在自己的羽翼下呵护，慢慢成长的孩子却总难以忘怀。有时走在街上，突然见到十多年前曾带过的孩子，高高大大的，自己的脑海里迅速地跳出他的名字，还有那小小的模样，一份熟悉的感觉就这样起来了，同时一种幸福感也荡漾在心问。
人生能有多少个二十年？回望过去，没有骄人的成绩，不敢说奉献多少，然而在面对孩子声声“老师”的呼唤中，却也无悔无怨。
美好的世界

孩子们的脑海中充满了各种魔幻神奇的想象，他们的美妙童话像冬日里的一缕暖阳，带给我们无穷的惊奇。我们班的孩子六岁了，他们顽皮可爱、精力旺盛、毫不掩饰、毫不做作，和他们在一起，他们身上那种浓浓的随意和纯真，很是令我羡慕。
一天，讲完了白雪公主的故事，一个女孩若有所思地问：“这世界上真的有王子吗？”我告诉她：“当然有。不过不在中国，外国才有。”“真的？”女孩又惊又喜，她大声宣布：“那我以后要嫁给王子！”为了鼓励她好好学英语，我逗她：“王子住在英国，他只会讲英语。”女孩立刻像泄了气的皮球，热情全无：“啊，只会说英语的王子，不要不要了！”
一个男孩很爱和老师聊天，一次，他和我说：“王蕾老师，昨天妈妈带我去农村看见两头牛，一头是带斑点的牛，叫奶牛。”我点头表示认可，“另外一头呀，是没有斑点的牛，叫‘没奶牛’！”
我们班的孩子喜欢画画。最近他们迷上了自制名片，小小的卡片纸上有扎羊角辫的，有小板刷头的，有圆头圆脑的，有尖尖下巴的……或拍球，或跳绳，或拉着彩色的气球，或走在又红又圆的大太阳下，有的头上立着飞翔的小鸟，有的和漂浮的白云一起舞蹈。不管画面是庄重还是活泼，单色还是五彩，最后他们都十分郑重地签上自己的幼儿园班级和大名。当你去欣赏，他们都会认真地告诉你：“这是我的名片，这张是送给我的好朋友马云飞的，这张是送给叶常青的……”
多美的色彩！多美的意境！在孩子眼里，世界是那么美好！小小的他们感觉自己生活在一个童话般的世界里，愿他们永远像现在这样活泼开朗，健康快乐！
