4、 由于历史原因，马颈坳电站和黄土溪电站在我公司分别借款ⅹⅹ万元、ⅹⅹ万元，这完全是改制前一种行政干预行为所至，对此，我公司蒙受了一定的经济损失。为了维护公司的权益，财务人员积极运作，每月从2个电站的上网电费中扣部分电费作为偿还我公司的欠款利息，全年收利息ⅹⅹ万元，给公司创造了一定效益。总之，在今年资金非常紧张的情况下，公司没有新增借款，也没有拖欠当年费用，我们是做了一定的工作。
